i started with a refrigerated pizza dough and put that in my pan, covering the bottom and sides. i then cooked a half a package of angel hair pasta. when it was done, i added little over half a jar of alfredo sauce and a little milk. i also cut up some spring salad mix. gave this a good stir and spread it out in the pizza crust. i then topped it off with mozzarella, cut up ham, some more lettuce, and a little romano. what you can't see in the pic is that when i served it, it was with a little extra sauce drizzled over it and quartered grape tomatos on top.
i served it with a sweet italian sparkling wine (the best hyvee has to offer!) poured over frozen mixed berries (bc i don't believe in ice).
could use some minced garlic...otherwise awesome!
